"Claim went smoother than I thought"
Had to file a claim with singlekey after an issue with a tenant and I was expecting it to be a whole hassle.. but it wasn't bad at all. Sent over the documents they needed, got a few follow up emails, and then the claim got paid without a ton of back and forth. It did take a little time, but nothing unreasonable. Relieved with how everything worked out

I used singlekey recently and, i kept expecting the usual annoying back-and-forth or missing updates, but it was actually straightforward. The emails showed up when they were supposed to, and I didn’t have to chase anyone down for basic answers, which was a relief. Everything was explained in normal, plain language too. I’m usually quick to notice when a process feels messy, but this one didn’t give me much to complain about.

I’m glad I paid for the rent guarantee. When my tenant missed rent, it took a huge weight off my shoulders. People should do the right thing and pay what they owe, but when that doesn’t happen, having this protection made a big difference.
